REFUND CALCULATION

Your refund or credit amount per player is 55% of registration fees paid. Any outstanding balance (not including members who have been approved for and/or have received financial assistance) will be deducted to your refund. HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your specific refund amount will be temporarily credited to your TeamSnap registrant account until we receive this form.

A. ELECTRONIC REFUND: If your original registration payment was made online, your refund will be processed electronically. Electronic refunds will be issued to the credit card on your TeamSnap account.

B. OFFLINE REFUND: If your original registration payment was made offline, your refund will be processed via cheque. Please ensure your TeamSnap profile has accurate contact information (including mailing address) to receive your cheque.

CAN I RECEIVE A CREDIT ON MY PLAYER'S ACCOUNT FOR NEXT SEASON?

Members can choose to receive their refund in the form of a credit note on their Hockey Canada TeamSnap registrant account, which can be applied to 2021-22 season registration. Members who registered one participant will receive a credit to the individual registrant account. This means the account that was used to register the participant receiving the credit will be the account that the credit is issued to. If you registered two children, and those players are issued a $522.50 refund and $594 refund respectively, your account will be issued a credit of $1116.60 for use on a future registration.
