Purpose of Committee:

To strengthen the long-term development and support of goaltenders across all levels of Girls Hockey Calgary—from Inferno U11 through Fire U13AA to U18AAA—by implementing structured programming, consistent mentorship, aligned coaching practices, and improved access to resources. This initiative aims to create a clear and supportive pathway for goalie progression within the GHC Elite system.
