The Calgary Fire Program is pleased to offer development camps over the Christmas holidays. These camps are open to all Fire Players and will be 4 days in length.

Holiday Skills & Hockey IQ

Focus throughout this camp will be around improving quality of possession by developing a player’s ability to read the game, anticipate situations, and improve decision-making. Athletes will be given the opportunity to work through game-like situations in a controlled setting.

Power Edge Pro Camp

$225

Power Edge Pro utilizes Reactive Countering Training™ (R.C.T.) to engage multiple motor skills simultaneously and develop a player’s small area game performance. All R.C.T.™ circuits are completed while maintaining puck control and are designed to provide 5x as many repetitions as standard drill based practices, leading to faster development of elite skills. Reactive Countering Training™ focuses on simultaneous skill development, combining Reactive Puck Placement™, tactical puck touches, separation speed, and rapid hand-foot coordination. It equips players to counter defenders in tight spaces and gain prime scoring positions—skills essential in real-game situations.
