Open to all GHC U15 and U18 Registered Players
20 Skills sessions
20 Game Sessions
20 Open Ice sessions.
Program runs October to March
Three sessions per week (one optional open ice, one skills session and one game session).

Tuesdays - Skill Sessions
Thursdays - Game Sessions
Location: East Calgary Twin Arenas
Time: 6:30-7:30am
PROGRAM INFORMATION
Program Capacity:
- 28 Skaters
- 4 Goaltenders
Skills Sessions:
Instructor led sessions with linear skill progressions over the course of the program. High repetition individual skill development combined with game like applications.
Head Instructor: Iya Gavrilova, Russian Olympian, U of C, CWHL, PWHPA Alumni
Games Sessions:
Head Instructor: Alyson MacDougall, U18 AAA Fire Alumni and GHC Spring Camp Lead
Open Ice Times:
Open ice times are drop-in times that you have access to by enrolling in the program. You are welcome to bring one parent or teammate (registered with GHC) to these ice times to help you work on your skills. Helmets are required at all times.
Goaltenders:
Goalie specific instruction.
Goalie Coach: Stephanie Gross, U of L Alumni and U18 AA Fire Goalie Coach
Skill Level Recommendation for Program:
Prior experience is highly recommended for this program. The program has been created to assist mid to elite level players accelerate their skill development.

Please note: to maintain the quality of the ice times and provide accountability to the program, 75% attendance to all Skill Sessions is expected over the course of the twenty sessions. After five absences (excluding emergencies, health concerns and injuries) your spot will be forfeited and provided to the first person on the waitlist.
