PROGRAM INFORMATION
Skills Sessions:
Instructor led sessions with linear skill progressions over the course of the program. High repetition individual skill development combined with game like applications.
Goaltenders:
Goalie specific instruction.
Skill Level Recommendation for Program:
Prior experience is highly recommended for this program. The program has been created to assist AA/A level players accelerate their skill development.

- Kick Off - Sat. April 13th - On Ice Shooting Session & Fitness Testing
- 8- On-Ice Skills Sessions Tuesdays - 7:30-8:30pm (Fitness session prior)
- 4 - Intersquad Games - Thursdays (biweekly) - 7:30-8:30pm
- 4 - Off Ice Shooting Sessions - Score Hockey Range - First Four Wednesdays
- 4 - Multisport Session - Fridays (Biweekly) - 7:30-8:30pm - Optimist
- 3x3 Jamboree - Sat. June 15th
